How to reset your UNESCO password?


If you have a Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) method

If you have a MFA method properly set up with your UNESCO account, please connect to https://passwordreset.microsoftonline.com/ and follow the procedure

If you have not set up or lost your MFA method

Please contact your local IT focal point or your AO

IMPORTANT : Your new password must be at least 15 characters long and contain uppercase, lowercase, numerical and special characters.

Si vous n'avez pas configuré ou perdu votre méthode d'authentification multifacteur (MFA)

Merci de contacter votre point focal IT ou votre AO

IMPORTANT : Votre nouveau mot de passe doit avoir une longueur minimale de 15 caractères et contenir des lettres majuscules, minuscules, des chiffres et des caractères spéciaux.
